All of our equipment, whether it be a used forklift or a used piece of construction equipment, is shipped via flatbed or van truck through a domestic or international freight broker anywhere in the world. All equipment is fully ensured against damage. The approximate transit time is 3 - 5 days to most locations in North America; however expedited shipping is also available. Russell Equipment is happy to arrange and manage freight logistics for you.

A. Russell Equipment makes a 100% guarantee on every piece of equipment we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund the purchase price 100% if the issue cannot be mutually resolved.

A. Yes. Exporting worldwide is a large part of our annual business, whether you are located in Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America and anywhere in between. We can assist or arrange freight logistics anywhere in the world and our freight department is fully certified in customs brokerage for international shipments.

A. Absolutely, and we encourage this. We welcome you, or an independent inspector to view any equipment you are looking to purchase, prior to finalizing the transaction.

A. Our corporate facility is just south of Cleveland, OH in Twinsburg. We also have branch locations in Texas, California, Washington and New York. We service and sell to all 50 states and all international locations.
